Either leave him or...

After nine a long year’s brutal imprisonment court decided he was innocent. Court and his vested enemies lost nothing but he lost his 9 years, deserved love, dignity, public life, one leg and all other pleasures...

Now, again the octopus of law has been caught Abdunnasar Madani, accused involvement in a bomb blast which took two lives and injured twenty in Bangaluru. At the same time government leave free them like Anterson who killed 25000 people in a single night. In the eye of law, 25000 lives is nothing. Abdunnasar Madani is still facing the same fate depriving bail.

Days and nights will pass this way. Madani will go on helplessly like a cock destined to ritual sacrifice in prison. But after a long period, please don’t repeat same he is innocent. If it could found he was falsely implicated, it is so poor. In a democratic country these are utter ‘meanness’.

What offence has he done? Was politician? Was a religious scholar? Or was it because he a religious speaker? If so it would need to be charge case against thousands of religious scholars (Usthads) who speeches in mosques in Fridays. These are not fair. If government allow to religion and faith, should need to allow religious activities.

Whatever it may. The move of Supreme Court to send a letter to Karnataka Government interrogating the negation of his bail is deserving welcome. The question posed by court is ‘how a person whose leg is amputated and lives with help of wheelchair could pose a threat if granted bail’ is valuable. We can expect Madani will get proper medical helps and a bail.
